The Farmhouse at Yetholm Mill can be found in Kirk Yetholm, in the Scottish Borders. St Cuthbert's Way passes the house and the Pennine Way finishes just a short distance away on the village green. We are perfectly situated for walking breaks, enjoying the countryside, or exploring Kelso, the Borders and Northumberland. If you enjoy walking, cycling, golf, racing (Kelso Racecourse), fishing or birdwatching this is the place for you.History seeps out of every pore of the Borders landscape and there are plenty of historical buildings to be enjoyed. The Borders countryside is spectacular and can be enjoyed as much from the car as on foot walking in the Cheviots.Guests are welcome to wander around our gardens or woodland, and can sit on the terrace soaking up the sun or with a glass of wine watching the glorious sunsets. The view from the terrace is spectacular, as we look out over the Bowmont river valley, and also down the valley towards Kelso. We are happy to provide Evening Meals and packed lunches, and can arrange special days out (e.g. birdwatching) for our visitors. We also have a self catering option in our annexe. Two of the bedrooms and the full kitchen and living room can be rented for self catering breaks. Minimum stay 3 nights.New for 2010 -hot tub available to our guests, located in the gardens.
